Another one hits the dust!

Last night Shawn called me and told me he was having problems with the Explorer, he said that it is worse than our usual problems. Then he called me and told me it died on the side of the road. Ugh. We were getting ready to trade it in on a newer car. So we used our AAA and had it towed to the mechanic. Well the mechanic called today and told us the damage was between 4000-5000 to fix. The engine was pretty much shot. It was only a 1700 dollar car but I had really hoped it would have lasted longer. We are back to being a one car family. Which we have done before and Im sure we can do again. But talk about crappy timing. Hopefully we can get another car before too long!!
