The little not so good house.

Shawn and I went to see this house yesterday. We were excited the house was priced amazingly. The real estate agent had told us that is had been apraised at 105,000 more than the listing price. The woman who was selling, bought it to flip it. Unfortunetly at the wrong time. The house was very small and quite akward. It smelled funny. It wasn't inviting or warm and we love having people over. Im pretty sure there is a leak inside the wall or atleast dry rot on both interior and exterior walls. It didn't tickle our fancy to say the least. Thanks for those who were pulling for us but I just don't think that the timing is right yet and this house...definatly not the right one. Time will tell...
